Our Full Pool Maintenance Plan for Grand Prairie, TX Homeowners

Our Full Pool Maintenance Plan will enable you to sit back and enjoy your backyard pool more today and every day. To keep your pool water healthy, blue and clear simply maintain adequate water level, run the pool equipment, and notify us of any issues. Grand Prairie Local Pool Maintenance technicians do the rest.

Beginning at $128 per month


Our Duties

We vacuum your pool.
We backwash your filter on regular basis.
We clean your pool sweep wall screen.
We brush your pool (tiles, walls, steps).
We net your pool.
We check your pool equipment.
We evaluate your pool water and apply the proper chemicals and minerals to keep your water in ideal condition.
We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.
We verify your pool cleaner function.
We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).
We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.
We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

Your Duties

Keep the pool equipment working approving repairs when needed.
Report to us any sightings of swimming pool issues.
Maintain adequate water level.

Additional Info

Monthly price is based on a 4 week month.
Filter cleanings every 3-4/months.
There might be additional startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.
Full Pool Maintenance Equipment and Chemicals

Our customers can downgrade pool maintenance plans from Full to Partial by contacting us to make the change.


Filter Cleanings

Filter cleanings are compulsory for most residential pools in Texas. This is because 96% of home swimming pools are either cartridge, DE, or a combination of each. We charge $129 for filter cleanings for weekly service customers.

Our Full Pool Maintenance Plan covers residences in most of the Grand Prairie, TX metro area. Homes located in zip codes: 75052, 75050, 75051 and 75054 and others, can signup for our weekly pool maintenance routes.
